Track has a new feature for its CRM, a configurable Travel Agent Skip List, designed to maintain accurate guest records.
The CRM typically uses phone numbers and email addresses to deduplicate contacts, but this can cause problems with bookings from travel agents who reuse the same contact information for multiple guests. With the new Skip List, you can exclude specific travel agent contact details from the deduplication process.
This ensures that each unique guest is recorded separately, avoiding unintentional merging of distinct travelers and preserving the integrity of your guest data. You can access and configure this feature by navigating to CRM > Contact Exception.
