TrackDistribution: Offline Fees

We’ve introduced a new feature that lets you clearly display offline fees for your Airbnb and Vrbo listings. These are fees collected outside the online reservation process but are now visible to guests on the booking channels.

This update improves transparency, helps you comply with FTC fee disclosure requirements, and gives your listings a more professional appearance by moving fees out of the listing description. For Vrbo, you can even show optional fees without including them in the reservation total, helping you maintain upsell opportunities. This feature is available to all TrackDistribution customers and can be configured in the Limited Fee Template.
