TrackPMS: Guest Communications Email & Enhancements Track Product Updates
We are excited to announce several enhancements to our Guest Communications suite, designed to provide you with more control and transparency over your guest interactions.
TrackPMS: Guest Communications Email and Enhancements
New Settings Section
A new settings section—Guest Communications > Channels—has now been added, giving you greater control. You can now enable or disable the Guest Communications: Email feature based on your team’s internal workflows and the pace that fits your business best.
- Use the brand’s default “From” name and email address.
- Use a tokenized Reply-To address, meaning guest responses will go to the Guest Communications inbox (not your regular email inbox).
If you choose to disable Guest Communications: Email after enabling it, any emails already sent with the tokenized Reply-To will continue to route responses to the Guest Communications inbox.
TrackPMS: Reservations/Guest Communications: View Additional Message Details
We have improved the visibility of sent email details. When you send an email through Guest Communications, you can now access comprehensive email details by clicking “View Details” on the email notification in the communication thread.
Available Information:
- Send date and timestamp
- Email open status (Sent, Received, Read)
How to Use:
- After sending an email, select “View Details” to view the complete email information.
