TRACK integrates with Panda Doc for automated e-signature contracts. After a reservation is made, you can set up a triggered email to deliver to the guest with your contract. If the guest doesn’t return it signed, TRACK can send automatic reminders until it is completed. The contract is then attached to the reservation. E-signature contracts can help ensure your guests are following your policies and can help you fight charge backs.
