What's the Hiring Process?

We’re grateful for all the amazing candidates interested in joining our team! To help set expectations, here’s how our hiring process works:

1️⃣ Initial Phone Screen – A chance to get to know each other.
2️⃣ AVA Assessment – A brief assessment that helps us better understand work styles and strengths. It’s designed to broaden the interview discussions and allow for deeper conversations.
3️⃣ Zoom Interview(s) – Deeper conversations with our team, building on what we’ve learned throughout the process.
4️⃣ Verbal Offer – All official offers are always preceded by a verbal offer.
5️⃣ Written Offer for Signature – Once you accept the verbal offer, we’ll send a formal written offer for signature.

We never send offers by email or letter alone without a prior verbal conversation. If you receive something that doesn’t seem quite right, please reach out to us directly to verify.
