COTTAGE GROVE, Minn. — TravelNet Solutions (TNS), makers of Track Property Management Software, today announced that finance veteran Priya Arora will join the executive leadership team as chief financial and operating officer (CFOO).

As CFOO, Priya Arora will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, leading both the finance and operations functions at TNS. Her objective is to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and scalable processes while ensuring strong financial discipline and alignment with company strategy.

Most recently, Arora was CFO and COO at Fulcrum Collaborations, and previously held senior finance roles at Source Intelligence and Relativity, where she helped lead a major investment by Silver Lake. She began her career at McKinsey & Company and spent over a decade in M&A and finance on Wall Street.
