TrackPMS: Owner Portal – New Web & App Experience Now Available Track Product Updates
TrackPMS: New Owner Portal Experience
We’re excited to share an important update about the Track Owner Portal. Over the past months, our team has worked hard to deliver a more powerful, intuitive, and consistent experience across web, iOS, and Android.
Now, we’re thrilled to announce that both the redesigned web version and updated Owner Portal app are live and ready for you to onboard your owners.
How to Access the New Owner Portal
You will “Login As”, just as you would today, however, you will see V2 Owner Portal > Login As which will bring you to the new Owner Portal.
In some cases, under V2 Owner Portal, you will see Send Invite or Re-Invite, you do not have to invite/re-invite your owners to the new Owner Portal. You can simply provide the following information.
- Go to: https://{yourdomain}.trackhs.com/owners/
- Log in with your existing owner portal username and password
Featured Enhancements
Enhanced Understanding of Your Metrics
We’ve added helpful tooltips to the Overview metrics, providing clear explanations so you can better understand your property’s performance without needing to reach out.
Combined Availability and Reservations
Say goodbye to cross-referencing! Availability and reservation information are now conveniently displayed on a single screen, reducing redundancy and streamlining your view.
Clear Check-in/Check-out Indicators
Easily identify individual reservations and their check-in and check-out dates with intuitive slash indicators.
Interactive Availability Calendar for Reservations
Making owner reservations is now simpler than ever! Select your desired check-in and check-out dates directly on an availability calendar, eliminating guesswork and the need to cross-reference or call for assistance.
Reservation Color Consistency
The color of reservations in the app will reflect your current reservation type’s tape chart color. Please review how your current color selections appear in the new app, especially darker colors, as you may want to make adjustments in the desktop version for optimal visibility.

Important Updates
New Experience Moving Forward
We’ve made significant updates to the new Owner Portal and will no longer update the old version. The old portal will be fully retired by the end of 2026, giving you time to transition owners to the new experience.
Reservation Mode: Request Form
This mode will also be retired by the end of 2026. If you use this feature today, we have alternatives available, including allowing owners to create reservations in a hold status (with email notifications to your team for review and approval). We’re also adding the ability to enable/disable reservations for even more control.
Reporting Updates
We’re evolving the Owner Portal to focus on more relevant, owner-centric data. As part of this, the following metrics will be removed in future updates: Upcoming Arrivals/Departures, Occupied Nights, and Average Nightly Rate. They’ll be replaced with more meaningful insights to help owners better understand property performance.
Branding on Login Screen
At this time, the login screen for the new Owner Portal will display the Track logo instead of your company’s logo. The web version uses shared code with the mobile app, and custom branding on the login page isn’t supported.
We plan to evaluate branding as part of an upcoming enhancement.
Looking Ahead
Thank you for your patience as we worked to get this right. The extra time we took allowed us to ensure we were building a strong, reliable foundation for the enhancements and new features you’ve been asking for. We believe the final result was well worth the wait.
This release is just the beginning. Now that the new Owner Portal is live, we’ll continue building on this foundation with the planned enhancements and new features our clients have been asking for.
We encourage you to begin onboarding your owners to the new web and app experience now so you’re ready well before the legacy portal and Request Form mode are retired at the end of 2026. We’ve created a new Owner Guide to make the process simple and smooth.
Thank you for your patience as we navigated the unexpected challenges along the way — we’re excited to move forward and keep improving the Owner Portal experience for you and your owners.
