Track TIP TUESDAY: Cancellation Reasons

Cancellations are still happening, even though the vacation rental industry is soaring. Track has the feature to add and configure a cancellation reason at the time of the cancellation. The biggest benefit of this, these cancellations will also be synced to your distribution channels as well. Specifically, HomeAway will receive if the cancellation was initiated by the guest or the owner. If the reservation is for Airbnb, they have factory-created reasons and Track has pre-mapped reasons that align.
