Unit Move Reasons

We have added configurable reasons for moving a reservation from one unit to another. There are 5 pre-configured reasons and others can be added by the users. As a new unit is selected for a reservation a drop down will appear with a select-able reason. the reason will then become part of the Audit Log record and is report-able in the Folio Audit Log Report. This option must be enabled in Reservation > Preferences.
