Survey Response Conditions
In Triggers and Automations with the object of a survey response there are now conditions for segmenting the surveys based on location, brand, or campaign. If the survey was generated from a reservation the survey response email can be conditioned by unit, unit node, unit role or campaign. If the survey was generated from a sale the survey response email can be conditioned by sales link, brand or campaign. A use of this would be when a survey is completed, depending on the location or campaign, the PM may want to direct the guest to share that survey in a different location.
