What does it do?
Provides integrated visibility and workflows to manage payments from guests. Features include payment processing, reconciliations, real-time chargeback management, deposits, and financial transaction tasks that all tie back to reservations and reporting within Track.
What problem does it solve?
Too many places to look for information on transactions or deposits relating to a reservation. Too many vendors to work with for financial info like logging into separate dashboards. Many tasks require manual documentation collection from disparate systems and take valuable hours to complete and reconcile financials.
How do I enroll in TrackPayments?
Getting set up is easy. Contact our team to get an overview and onboarding information. Note that the onboarding process may require additional documentation as outlined by our underwriter. Within 1-2 days, your account will be enabled with further instructions on how to get started.
What do I do about my old payment processor?
Once transactions and data are flowing through TrackPayments, you should submit a deactivation request to your old processor.
Is TrackPayments secure?
Yes. The platform is fully tokenized and PCI-DSS compliant.
What payment methods can I accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and ACH payments can be processed on the platform.
How much will it cost?
TrackPayments is competitively priced with the market, but without the hidden fees or additional platform fees that other processors and 3rd party companies may charge you. Our standard rate is current interchange rate + basis points (bps). Each ACH transaction is $0.50, and every chargeback transaction is $20.
